C. Make a connection between the two different interpretations of the Italian Mafia.

You need to take this paper in a different direction. You need to be examining to rhetoric of these texts: basically how they convey their message. What you're doing in this outline is comparing what those messages are (the mafia is like so). Examining the message is a good starting point, but after that, you need to focus more on how the two texts send their messages.
